GMP-compliant cell processing in a closed culture system:

Itīs safe, itīs convenient, itīs easy to handle:
the CellGro^® Kit System is a closed cell cultivation device consisting of a central cell culture bag made of FEP (Teflon^®-like), specific serum-free cell culture media (DC or SCGM) and a tubing set for the introduction of medium and cells and for the harvest of sample material from the culture.

The user may combine additional components such as specific growth factors for targeted expansion or differentiation of certain cell types or monoclonal antibodies for the specific elimination of contaminating cells (e.g. tumor cells) from the culture.

Due to the obvious advantages of a closed system (i.e. reduced risk of contamination) and the high quality of each individual component, this cell cultivation sytem offers additional safety to the medical user.

Your personal configuration of the CellGro^® Kit System

You are absolutely free to combine and assemble the single parts of the kit system according to your personal requirements and desired application:

• any suitable kind of VueLife™ FEP culture bag
• a bag of serum-free medium (either DC or SCGM)
• any kind of available tubing set

Additionally you may choose:

• a cytokine cocktail appropriate for your application
• closure clamps (for stepwise increase / decrease of bag volume)

• Ex vivo expansion of T-cells and NK cells
