Closed Kit Systems
A CellGro® Kit System consists of:
- a central cell culture bag (see section "Cell Culture Bags")
- a cell culture medium bag (see section "Serum-free Media")
- a suitable tubing set (see section "Cell Culture Bags")
Additional components
- cytokine cocktail (see section "GMP Cytokines")
- closure clamp for volume reduction (see section "Cell Culture Bags")
Handling Instructions
CellGro® Kit Systems are single-use devices! All components of the CellGro® Kit System are seperately packed sterile and shipped. After receiving the CellGro® Kit, remove the CellGro® medium bag and store refrigerated (+2°C to +8°C) until usage. Please check the primary package (sterile package) for damage-free delivery upon receipt. Damage of the primary package may indicate that the respective product might not be sterile. In this case, do not use the Kit System and call the CellGenix Customer Service immediately.
If cytokines are shipped with the Kit System, remove them and store at -80°C until usage.
